Interview @ Giant Tampines

Today, I had an interview all the way @ Giant Tampines. I reached there late coz I need to send something to my mum @ her workplace. Supposed to meet at 10.30am but I reached at 11am instead !!!

Reached there with sweat all around my body, I look for a person named Tracy. The sales person said that she's at the office. So, I walk around the BIG, spacious hypermart to find the office but no to avail. I'm kinda stupid coz the office is actually in the middle of the exit counters !!!

Ms Tracy told me to fill in the form & being interviewed too. After that, i need to go to CPF building at tampines to look for Ms neo to sigh the contract. I went home by bus from Tampines. I took 65 --> 14 to SP coz i need to return a library book... Reached home around 2pm plus...

When I reached home, Ms Joanne from Recruit Express told me that Vacancy at Giant IMM is full. So, she told me to work at Vivocity instead. unforunately, I reject it coz the location is so far away. In the end, I've decided not to work as a cashier anymore... =(


Yeah, that's about it... Now eagerly waiting from Ms Noresa's call on the job that I appiled last monday. Btw, I'm not sure what to do tmr... =D

Docent Training @ Sultan Mosque

Today, me & Rashid along with syafiee,lukman & Bro Raihan went for docent training at Sultan Mosque. B4 that, I had breakfast at ZAM ZAM rest with Rashid. If u guys wondering what's docent, let me explain...

The jobscope of a docent is more like a tour guide... Bringing the tourists to the mosque & explaining to them about Islam... Our first training session is with Ustaz Bani from Darul Arqam. He shares his experiences with us about muslim converts. He worked there for 20 yrs, coverting ppl to Islam.

After that, we had our meeting after Zuhur to discuss about nite cycling, which is on 2 Feb. In my opinion, I feel that this event shld postpone coz we have not so called prepared for it due to our commitment but since the majority doesb't want to postpone, we had no choice but just go for it... I think I'm going to volunteer as logistics or facilitator. I really cant wait for the event. Btw, the initial route is ECP to Changi to Pasir Ris. But, we decided not to continue to Pasir Ris & rather loop at changi village b4 heading back to ECP coz time taken from Changi to Pasir Ris is SOOO long (6 hrs)...

Btw, I have a checklist for me to complete...

1) Go for a swim with Ming Shun or beach with Ming Shun & hopefully Desmond,CY & Jin Heng...


2) Helping Zahid with his Comb Sci


3) Outing with Zahid's band grp (maybe ECP ???)


4) Class Chalet with DCP1A22


5) Helping Young Sultans in organising Nite Cycling


6) 2 job interviews


7) Tidy up my room

Yeah, that's about it for today. Tmr, I think I'm going to start off with tidying up my room. =D

Chemical Process Principles A (CPPA) Exam

Today is my last day of exam...

I had CPPA exam... The qns was ok, somehow easy & somehow challenging.OMG. Then, some qns i totally forgot how to do sia !!! Die sia !!! =X I think I flung the paper... I just hope that I don't repeat any modules. Please fo goodness sake !!! I DONT WANT TO REPEAT ANY MODULES...

After that, I went to environment club clubhouse to collect my prize. I won the environment quiz & the prize is $10 Popular Bookshop Voucher !!! Thanks !!! It's really appreciated.

There's another prize that I won too. This time, I participated in LTA's Transport challenge 2010 survey... and I'm one of the lucky draw winners !!! the prize is customised ez-link card with a store valued of $20 !!! WOW !!! I won 2 prizes in just 1 week...

Yeah, that's about it. Yahoo !!! 11 weeks of holidays are here !!!! My plan is to work. I'm going for a job interview at SGH on mon @ 11am... Wish me all the best, alright ? =D

Materials In Practice (MIP) Exam

Today, I had MIP exam in the morning...

The questions were generally ok for me as I can ans most of it. I think I'm going to get between 65-70%...

Yeah, 2 down & 1 more to go !!! =D

P.S: I also got back my AEE Quiz 3 paper... I failed =(
I'm just hoping that I don't repeat this module...

Analytical & Physical Chemistry (APC) Exam

It's the start of the exam week... First, I had APChem.

The paper was from 6-8.10pm, the only night paper that I have for this sem...

I find this paper ok la (average standard - easy & difficult)... Some qns nevr see it b4 but some topics that are due to be tested did not come out...

Based on the paper that I have done, I think I'm going to score between 60-65%

One down, two more to go !!! Jia You !!! =D This marks the end of APC module.

Today I got back my APchem results... I got 40/50 !!! A big improvement from one test to another. From 28 to 30 and to 40 !!! So happy !!! =D Well, today is the last lesson for APChem. Next week is study week. I can choose not to come for lesson for quiz results but I have to come no matter what coz I need to know my mistakes for both of my tests.

Next week Im'm going to have CRS & AEE tests !!! 2 more and then... EXAMS !!! Need to start mugging soon... =D

Hey there,

I know that I have not been updating my blog coz of these reasons:
1) I have been busy for the past few weeks due to tests
2) MIO problem at home, causing to have no internet access at home

So now, I'm at the JW library.

Anyway, it's 2008 and it's now Jan 10. Time flies that fast !!! Yesterday, I had my APChem quiz & GEM quiz. Both of them was easy & I can do it. My aim for the quiz was 75-80%.

Today, I only have AEE lecture on chapter 9 tutorial. Lessons ends at 9am =D

Yeah,that's about it. Later in the afternoon, a technician will come to my house to fix the internet problem.
