Industrial Visit

Today, I went to Gardenia factory @ Pandan Loop. It was fun la... When I first step into the building, the whole place is full of aroma of the breads. When I went inside after the video presentation, The whole place was warm !!! I can see the whole process going on from fermentation to dividing the dough to baking to slicing to packaging !!! I can see many workers are needed to oversee all these. According to them, 1 type of bread is made per day (no wonder sometimes I did not see some of the breads at the supermarkets). There are 30 varieties of bread made by Gardenia. I was like... OMG !!! that's alot of varities. What I amazed was the bread cooler, which is 4-storey high where 2000 loaves of bread are cooled in 1 hr !!! as well as the tunneling oven !!! (reminds me of Khong Guan Biscuit Factory) =) In the end, I bought a Gardenia truck souvenir, which costs $3.50 & we get 2 free Muesli buns (banana & choco and mixed berries flavours), which is damn tasty !!! Initially, I thought that I can buy some breads from the factory, but we can't coz of the big group of people from us go at the same time. In th end, I went to NTUC Fairprice to buy red bean buns & choco buns !!! Yummy !!!

Yeah, that's about it. Tmr, i'm going to ECP for swim & I'm waiting for Joon Kit's reply as in whether he can follow me or not since I'm going alone.But I really hope that he can make it. =)

Yesterday & today, I went out for jln raye...

Yesterday, went to my WWSS friends house. first, yati hse with only me,ika & sally since the rest dun wanna visit. After that, we meet at bus stop outside anuar's hse by 11.45am but only Rashid was there early !!! the rest was late incl me coz i have to wait for dot z @ interchange. If i can remember, the sequence of the house is anuar,marinah,aidil,hakim,aisyah,dot z, me, aishah, azri & ms hidayah. All houses, we need to eat !!! In all, my duit raye is $22. Not forgeting, me & Rashid went to Abg Fadhir hse too ( at 11pm!!! ). We actually dun want to go since it's already late at night but he forced us to go... In the end, I reached home quite late at 11.45pm.

Today, Went to Hanzalah's house at Serangoon. He got open hse, that's why. I went with Rashid. Then, we met Lukman & khairudin too. I ate Nasi Briyani quite alot... haha =) Then,we stayed for a while to wait for rashid to finish asking qns to Hanzalah regarding Fiqh... After that, we went home by svc 73 to AMK Int. Rashid went to MCD for a while. Then, we took MRT to Clementi b4 transfering to svc 185. Rashid went home but I went to Sue's house, then I go home. Duit raye is only $9.

That's about it. Tmr, I'm gg for a jog coz I need to lose weight already !!! =)

I had just finished my AEE Quiz 1, which I get 36/50 for it. I find it is ok. Actually I can get more marks, but maybe I didn't study hard enough, that's why. never mind, it's over. Just appreciate what u get.

Anyway yesterday, I had APC Quiz 1. I find it difficult even though the chapter looks easy. i think I'm going to fail the test. If not, I'll get a just pass grade.

Yeah,that's about it. E-learning week is coming up. So, no need to come to sch for lecture but still have to do work !!! =) I also need to finish up my MIP report, which is due by nxt week.

For yesterday & today, I went to Rashid's friends house for hari raya...

Yesterday, went to Lukman house, Lufti & another friend house... They lived around the north area ( Marsiling,Admiralty & woodlands as well as yishun). We went to lukman house first coz he invites us for open house. After that, went to darul makmur mosque for prayer & at the same time waiting for him from us coz he needs to attend his visitors. After that, proceed to Lufti house & i found out that his house is near the "speaking London" atuk house !!! LOL =) so coincidence !! Then went to lukman friends house at woodlands drive 60 (if i'm not wrong). After that, me & rashid went home by MRT. Reached home at around 10.30pm plus

Today, went to Kenduri arwah @ my aunt's house. The thing starts at 12.30pm initially but it has been changed to 11.30pm (dun know why). After the whole thing finished, I went out & called lukman & asked him where are they. I know that they are at syafiee's hse @ Telok blangah.They told me to go to hougang MRT & meet there to go to syazwan house. I thought that I was late when I reached there but then when i called him, they still at harbourfront !!! LOL =). then i waited for 15 mins b4 meeting them. we took svc 72 to hougang ave 9 there. Guess what ? a B9TL bus that we are in broke down !!! due to air-con problem. I think it is related to lukman, where he placed the fragrance at the air con generator just for fun of it ( as in he wanted to experiment) !!! haha =) but I think it's related coz that's where the generator generates the air-con but I'm still puzzled on what happened... We alight & wait for nxt svc 72. That's one thing that I will nvr forget !!! =) After his house, went to Raihan's house by svc 854 & then 856. Afther that, went to muhaymin house @ Yishun again !!! ( as in we pass Yishun estate for these 2 days !!! =D ) After that, went home by MRT. Reached home at 10pm plus...

That's all I wanted to say. I must say that I enjoyed myself !!! Nxt sat, gg out with my sec sch friends... Tmr, MIP practical & I need to hand in 2 things by 5pm tmr but luckily i have done it b4 this raya outing. 2 tests are coming up & i have not started my revision yet !!!! OMG... Hope that I can get at least 70% for it.

Sorry for not been updating for so long coz my assignments pile up everyday !!! that's why =)

Anyway, last tues, I went to my friends' house @ woodlands for raya. My 2 PPS friends. I had a chat with them for so long. Fadhli showed me some magic tricks & armeila chat with me regarding her school work & so on

The next day (last wed), I went to Fuzaina, my SP CFP friend's house @ Simei. I went there by bus. From home, I take svc 198 --> svc 196 --> svc 2 --> svc 9A !!! Haha. I took bus coz I needa save my train fare... We chat regarding school too. But this time round, I went home by MRT BUT i alight at Raffles coz my fare left with -ve value. I took svc 97 --> svc 198. I reached about 10.30pm plus.

Yeah, that's about it... tmr, I'm going out with Rashid for hari raya !! =)

Yesterday, I only went 2 houses. firstly went to my obek's bro @ Marsiling Rise. I was touched by what he said to me yesterday. He inspired me with all his words & I'm so touched also by the way he speaks to me. He's the only grandfather that spoke fluent English !!! OMG !!! =)

After that, went to my uncle's new jumbo house @ Woodlands... I can say that his house are so big !!!

Yeah, that's about it. Today after lesson, I'm going to my friends house at Woodlands too =)

2nd day of Hari Raya Aidilfitri 1428H

It's a slow start for day 2 as we went out later than expected...

Today, my family & I went to the cemetery to offer prayers to my 2 beloved grandfather, who passed away a few years back ago. After that, we went to Enaq Rest to eat prata & went home.

We changed & get ready for Hari raya outing. Today, we conqured my dad's side to visit his relatives. i cant remember how many houses that we went to but I think it's around 8. $21... that's what I get for today's collection.The most memorable day for me today was I went to my grandfather's brothe hse @ Sembawang. Guess who I saw ? Nurudin, my MI friend. I asked him what is he doing in the house. He reply, " this's my grandather house". I was like omg la coz I didnt expect this thing to happen. This's to say that me & nurudin are cousins !!! haha =) To Nurudin: Hope to know you even more better since u & me are cousins...

This is such an coincidence... Another one is I met Fadhilah samsudin, the mediacorp artiste who plays the drama erlin montel in Suria was also there at the other house in Bukit Panjang... My dad once to me thatwe are somehow related to her. her presence makes me remember of what dad told me last time. OMG !!! =)

Well, hari raya is over for a while coz tmr, I needa come to school & i have not touch my hw for the week yet... I'm still in the holiday mood now, not even study mood !!! =) Thank god that I didn't have exams or tests on that day...

1st day of Hari Raya Aidilfitri 1428H

$110... that's what I get for today's Hari Raya collection.

Today after hari raya prayers, my family & I went to grandparents' place. I cant remember how many houses we have gone too but what I can say is today, we conquered my mum's side... There's tomorrow to continue for my dad's side.

I'll always expected that my collection today exceed $70 every year during 1st day of hari raya.
I have many relatives, both my mum & dad's side. That's why. I enjoyed the food that have been cooked... from rendang to ayam masak merah to kuah lodeh & so on !!! I almost eat & eat at every houses !!! haha =) Sooner, I'm growing fat !!! LOL =D

btw, I just came back from the outing, so I needa rest now coz tomorrow is a new & big day again... To all my muslim friends, I wish you Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri & forgive me for any wrongdoings... =)

Just reached home from Orchard Rd... U guys might be wondering what am I doing there on tues nite ?

Well, I went to Seoul Gdn's Ngee Ann City outlet to break fast with F4 (Haikal, Yad, Khair, Shafique)... I ate alot of food there. not only me but shafique & especially Khair !!! He just cant stop finish eating !!! haha =). i rally enjoyed myself there. We chat at the same time. the atmosphere was filled with people's noise & good food of course !!! Initially, i didn't want to go there coz I only had $10 to spare but F4 told me that they will pay the remaining for me !! How kind were they... I feel uneasy at the first place but well, since they are sincere, so, I just accept it. Thanks guys ! U have done alot for me...

We left there ard 8.45pm. I wanna take bus home, so I crossed the underpass to take Exp 502 home but I realised that the bus is heading towards Marina Ctr, not Pioneer Rd North !!! Thank goodness that I stare at the bus pole properly... Because of that, I had to go back to where I were & take the bus behind the building.The journey took me 45 mins, which is the same as taking MRT from Orchard to Lakeside. Since it's an Exp service, I paid $2.01 for the fare, which I find it is worth it since Express service cannot use the bus concession.

Yeah, that's about it, Needa to go now & do my CRS hw, which I have not done yet !!! =)

It is already the month of october now... Time files really fast !!! Sorry for not updating my blog coz I have been busy for few days. Here's what i did for the past few days...

FRIDAY
I had MI gathering at KFC Far East Plaza for breaking of our fast... get to meet my old pals. there are 9 or us in total (me,alawiyah,mas,malaque,fadhil,hakim,zul,farrhan&Imran 23). Intially wanna go there & eat but due to many people in the restaurant, we decided to KFC's Takashimaya outlet instead... We ate & chat at the same time. We chat about what's going on for the past months since we saw each other. After that, we didnt know where to go next but we still walk to somerset MRT station & by then, we still didnt know where to go. in the end, I went home & alight at raffles instead so as to avoid wasting MRT fares... I decided to take bus home by 196 B9TL bus & transfer to 0405 merc CAC 185 at Buona Vista home. Reach home ard 10.30pm plus.

SATURDAY
I stayed at home, cleaning up my houses in preparation for Hari raya, which is 5 days from now. I clean my room, throw away unwanted stuffs,dusting the furniture,clean the windows & much much more. I'm really damn tired after the whole thing... haha =D

SUNDAY
Today, I help my mum in baking some Hari Raya cookies.. We bake honey conflakes & suji biscuits as well as we try something NEW this year,which is conflakes milo !!! It tastes good actually, apart from these cookies, we bake pineapple tarts & makmur last week..

Yeah,that's about it. Tmr, MIP practical & CPPA lecture... =D & I need to hand in my 1st AEE practical data sheet by 5pm to Ms Claire Ng.
